HELP ME PLS!!!

Monitor Problem Help Plz
When I plug in the power cord of my LCD monitor, nothing else, the blue power light lit then fade away. It can't be turn on nor view anything when plug into my PC.
Any ideas on what the problem is, and if it's repairable at low cost?

its dead. my brothers samsung did that. repairs always cost more than a new one. well almost, depending on the size.

you can always drop it off toa repair place for an estimate, but as i said before, its usually cheaper to get a newer and better one. a 22" widescreen can be had for as little as $200.
