bill, it actually wasn't as bad as i thought! i went at 11pm so i found parking right away and there wasn't an issue leaving after midnight too!
it was crowded inside though...and tons of guys with nice camera gear!

There is one clue: all of the new Nikon lens caps and body caps now have "NIKON F-Mount" stamped on them. Why would they do that unless they're coming out with another mount? I asked the Nikon rep, and he was quite elusive in his answers. My guess would be an NEX style camera with a new mount, but you never know.

t2i + 50mm 1.4 + cheapo tripod.
I actually got this picture printed out 36/24 and gave it to someone, turned out really nice. What can I do to improve?
I need to get friendly with my camera again poor guys been collecting dust on my desk.
What lenses do you guys use? I don't have the $$ for a badass lens. I can make due with my 50mm 1.4 but it's just too zoomed in. What's a good wide angle prime that has sharpness/speed comparable to the 50mm 1.4?

First time shooting any kinda land scapeish shot, I defiantly need more practice.
Hand held with my D300 and new (to me) Sigma 70-200 F2.8. Really wish I could have gotten there 5 minutes earlier to see the sunset, and that I wish I had a tripod on hand... Oh well there is always next time!

Few days ago when the sky was red during sun rise! I walked out of my house and saw the sky ran back in got my camera and took a picture. Would love to take a picture of the skyline when the sky is like this
