I like those moves, Tanev made Oberg expendable. Higgins and Lapierre add solid depth for the bottom 6.

Interesting. Not sure where Higgins fits. He reminds me of a Steve Bernier type player. Also think we overpaid for Higgins too, guy is injured right now too lol.
As predicted, slow deadline day. I wonder how TSN/Sporstnet filled up their shows hahah!

So we had 2 3rd round picks?
I thought we only had 1 picks thats why I wasn't sure if there was a 3rd involved with the Lapierre deal as well.

Have fun with Lapierre...Since the Ducks got Ruutu (who's been playing much better than Lapierre has) and they're pretty much the same type of player, he was expendable.
