I just called fido and thinking to mself that plan doesnt work out right

what is happening to fido nowadays? seems like who you talk to on the phone just wants to get into a confrontation...i had a coworker who called them trying to "add" a little bit more minutes to their plan (they are already paying $70+ for two phones normally i they dont go over) and the person h talked to just said to stop calling other people or turn the phone off so he doesnt go overboard...

just got off the phone with retentions after getting a regular agent to knock off the data roaming charges I got when I had that shit set off(LOL).
Anyway, I just asked to see what he can do to make my current retentions plan cheaper, closer to the Wind UNL $40
they added a $10 credit to my account for a year for my unlimited incoming.
$25 - 200 daytime fido network calling unlimited weekend and evenings from 7(don't laugh, it was a long time ago and I don't care about the 2 hours)
$0 voicemail $6 + $6 credit
$30 - 6gb
$0 unlimited incoming $10 + $10 credit
$0 2500 texts
$0 Caller ID.
$55 before taxes, I'm happy for now.

I hate how the Fido website is extremely slow and sometimes doesn't let you log-in to check your account. What the hell do they do during site maintenance during their scheduled times and a lot of other random times?
