Gaunce has looked solid tonight, defensively sound and is creating some chances with plugs like De Fazio and Santorelli. Santorelli hasn't looked bad, though.
Jensen and Richardson have been pretty invisible so far.

To clarify on Gaunce's skating I talked about last week. His skating needs work cause he has poor acceleration compared to his peers. When he is in position he's fine, when he's a step behind its more of a challenge. He looks better actually when he plays wing to open up some space

The new rule only reduces the percentage of how high the thigh rise is over the thighs.
It affects every goalie differently.
Luongo said he will only lose about half an inch on each pad.
Some goalies have ridiculous thigh Rises.
They're going to lose about 3" each pad...
