what gets me is that its basically a 3 in 1 device. you can use it as a simulator, a regular segway, and a go-kart!!! what value!!!

Honestly, its probably exciting to a 8 yr old... for me personally, due to my power to weight ratio being off the scale (in the wrong direction).... it will probably feel under powered.... with no range .....

2j's are still available brand new. I purchased one not too long ago.
Engine build is kind of lacking for that kind of asking price. "Brian crower catalogue" doesn't exactly mean much.

I've seen BRZs with blown motors for about 7k, even the really complete BRZ engine swap kits are 15k tops, a brand new short block is 6k, I'm too lazy to look up those seats so I'll say 5k to get those in, that still leaves at least 67k for everything else.

It's a really cool project, but short wheelbase and that kind of power isn't much good for anything except being a hooligan... just going to overwhelm anything that car can handle tire wise and swap ends at the drop of the pedal in any corner

Those are Sparco seats, they're like $700 bucks each TOPS.
