My Huracans all hovered around $2,200, except for my first one, which was pre-RG98 and I only paid the basic rate.

RG98 is where they really get you and it's based on the after-tax value. My Revuelto was quoted at $17k/year with an $11k deductible. I went with Stratford for $12k/year, which still isn’t cheap, but the value of the car isn’t reasonable. Unfortunately they shut down so it's back to ICBC.

Car: Lamborghini Revuelto Hybrid
Premium: $17,316
Collision Deductible: $11,200

Comprehensive Deductible: $11,200

Minimum non-refundable premium: $2,850

RoadStar Package: Yes
Interesting. I always thought ICBC only covered basic and you're on your own for collision/comprehensive for exotics.

Any ideas in my mind that I ever would want a car like the Rev would quickly dissipate upon closer inspection of the running costs. $17k a year for insurance is mental!

That’s what they tell the public but because ICBC is mandatory for basic insurance they're froced to provide the collision and comprehensive coverage for exotics. There’s no other insurance provider in BC that will offer collision and comprehensive coverage for exotics.

I pay $1000 for basic insurance for a 90 EF that is 35 years old. 17K for a car that is half a million is not bad. Lol

Half million is aventador pricing. After inflation and paying your “fair share” in communist luxury taxes a revuelto is pushing a million.

i was just gonna say... Reveulto is no where near 500K, its over a million if you are paying cash with no trade in... yes.. the taxes will eff you...

The car itself is $850K + tax? I am just talking out of my ass, I dunno how much they are worth...

Revuelto MSRP is $750k + options + freight/PDI + dealer fees + PPF + 10% luxury tax. My car, along with 4 others that arrived in Vancouver, was part of a “VIP” allocation, with an MSRP of $699k. The downside was that we had to select a pre-configured car, meaning we couldn’t change any options. We chose the cars at a private viewing months before the public unveiling at the Lambo lounge in NYC, where the car on display was a static model with no interior. I also did the factory delivery which was incredible.

Now back on topic, my gosh does the GT look amazing. The overall build quality is very impressive as well. Personally, I think Audi should have offered a hybrid option because it would have sold like hot cakes.

I think the RZ has a similar predicament, and it is not $800-$1000/mo more than a new Solterra / Bz AWD

Yeah, I just picture Badhobz getting in to one and going for hot pot in Richmond maybe 10 minutes away from his place.

Badhobz also fits the conservative profile.

1. Old
2. Grumpy
3. Mildly (very?) racist
4. Financially stingy (arguable)
5. Despises change
6. Doesn't recycle
7. Votes Conservative
8. Says to Indian people delivering his Amazon packages "Get off my front lawn"

He hits all those attributes in satire though.

Which, again, only reinforces that he should wind up in the ultimate satire of stealth-wealth conservatism:

Apparently poverty y qualifies for the $5000 discount, got the email from Tesla, still probably not as cheap as lesbaru doe.

And yes ls500 is conservative, hobz has one. You're too scared to buy Italian or even exploding German turbo V8. He went from maz to Lexus let's not forget

Nonsense, Lexus loses money on every LC they sell. That’s the opposite of conservative.

But the Lexus buyers are conservative. Also Lexus is also conservative, every one went turbo 20 years ago, when they did they 10 years ago everything explodes.

Yes I was browsing FB mkt and a x5mc is like $170+ aren't x5 like $80000. Who the hell is paying $170+ tax for a x5, that's like what $3500 a month?! For a mid level BMW suv.

That's like a $800k mtg, which is enough for a decent shack in this market.
