I think that Saab is a good deal. If one was looking for a sporty used car and was checking out VW GTI's of the same era, asking price on a decent condition late model '08-'09 Mk 5 GTI is around the same price as that Saab. For the same price as a pretty common FWD car with an I4 200hp engine, one can get that rare edition Saab with AWD and a 280 hp V6. If I was in the the market right now, I'd be all over that Saab instead of a similar era GTI.

Seems like you folks may not know just how rare this is.
The 2008 9-3 Turbo x is a limited edition with 600 sold in the US. It only comes in Jet black Metallic. Powering the 9-3 is a turbocharged 2.8L V6 making 280hp(that's 25 more than Aero).
Priced $42,510 when new.

It's possible this was imported from overseas and not a North American car. I'm sure the resident E36 M3 guys will chime in. They'd probably even know which chassis number it is.

the car has history for sure. Westopher can lay it out. I can't quite follow it, as there is another local car very similar to this one.
suffice to say that i'm 99.9% sure it isn't an actual M3 if that matters to you (it shouldn't really - but it speaks to the seller for advertising it w such poor details)

2 pedal never really a good deal. only place for DSG is coupled to the late TDI's. It really suits it.

What does it have for actual milage? 256k on the motor I believe, but it's for sure not the original motor. If you want PM me the VIN and I can run it through the decoder and see what the deal is.
