You do? I have a '71 KE20!!! I'm in the midst of a 2TG/T50 swap.
That wagon has really nice patina but if the fenders are that rusty, rest assured, underneath them is a lot worse. If it hasn't been run in 27 years, expect to replace a majority of the seals/bushings/fuel system/rubber hoses.

Fair enough. Really depends on the damage that was done and who fixed it for me to (hypothetically) consider it. It is literally 15k lower than market for a clean titled 2010 thats spec'd the same at this point.

Nice... Unfortunately I have to face the reality that the frame is too rotten on mine and part it out I think... Can't even get it up on a hoist without my stomach going in my throat and lots of crunching sounds.

Huge difference is the one i posted is a ZHP (more horsepower, firmer suspension and comes with 6th gear). Theres actually an enthusiast group specific towards ZHP and are definitely sought after in the e46 community after clean m3s.

They're just not worth much. I thought of buying one before but after doing a bit of researching on them, I learned that they're problematic and are known to be lemons. I'm a big fan of Mazdas too.
