I though that too, but if you look closely you'll see that there are spray nozzles that shoot out that window cleaning stuff. So he either got a carbon fiber hood, painted it red, and drilled holes to reattach the factory nozzles, or that's just a stock hood with hood pins  you decide

i would definitely install the spray nozzles back into the hood, i like my windows clean.
