Yes that is neon under the rear bumper....also the ugliest rims I've ever seen ever. worse than MR7s X 1000. Not lowered either

fully stock (exterior) aside from the massive aluminum GT spoiler...
when will people realize that you cant put a wing this big on unless you have a full blown body kit, or even better, a widebody.. cuz you need something big to balance out a spoiler that's as tall as your roof.. pics below taken wit my phone, so sorry for the bad quality

The plate was from Cali, so I guess it was a road trip? He had 3 of those bins strapped to the roof, and I don't even know HOW those two are being held to the bumper..
