I ordered from hp.ca on Saurday at around 7pm.
I used a Visa card but have not yet been charged on my card and my status on hp is still "submitted"
Anyone also used visa and ordered around the same time as me?

Yeah I don't think they'll keep selling products at a $200 loss on each one 
This does show that there is a market for $100-150 tablets though.

should i expect the 32gb one i ordered from HP to actually process and ship out? i ordered on sunday morning and have yet to hear anything, however i realize it's only been 1 business day lol

Ill have to admit i played around with mine for the first time last night...updated stuff watched some movies....used the net and its great
but apps wise it sucks....I want to use mine for travel and stocks mostly, but there is not even bloomberg in the WebOS app store 
still very happy with my purchase

For those people that have it already, is it worth the extra $50 to get the 32 giggity one, or is the 16 giggity one more than enough?
I just want one for travel/internet/track use.

When I got mine (friday night) I had the option to get the 32gig or the 16gig (this was open box though) so i picked the 32 gig one
for a product with no expandable SD slot and something i am going to use for travel I like the idea of extra space...probably never needed but still nice to have....If I had to pay regular price though I would have only bought the 16gig

Just checked the HP site and my first order says admin but the second order still says submitted.
My co-workers first order shows submitted while the second one says admin. Both had lower numbers than my 2.

As I was writing this my doorbell rang, and it was Purolator with my order of 2 touchpads! My order is still in ADMIN status on the website but I have them in my hands

1. She said that she had been working in the call center for 2 years and had a lot of experience in how the HP order system works.
2. She said that the order will be fulfilled in succession by the SCAS Purchase Order#, NOT by the HP Order# that may be assigned at a later date. Thus, those buyers who did not receive the HP Order# immediately will not be penalized in the waiting list.
3. The reason that the assignment of the HP Order# may be delayed is related to billing issue.
4. Her source tells her that MOST of the ORDERS will be canceled within the next day or so. They will NOT be put on a backorder. She said that the likely cutoff for the order time would be Saturday morning. Therefore, any order placed after this time will likely be canceled. As of now, she had received no instruction from the head office that subsequent orders will be placed on backorder; they will just be canceled.

Also, my friend working @ BB says there was no shipment today. We'll see about tomorrow as well. Not cancelling my order just yet.
