Yeah im not gonna risk puttin any garbage gas in my car to save 3 dollars on a tank.
I dont see why people are worried about saving 4 cents per liter, it works out to what, like 2 bucks on a tank........fucken waste of time if u ask me.

man.. its not really for the gas.. westside road is all worth the fun drive, either way it's not that bad in my carbureted vehicles, i could see it sucking in your car tho for sure with higher compression and all

i dont wanna start another thread about this since it wont last long so i'll post it here...
does anyone know what i can use to get shine off of my dash? its a bit damaged from the sun and it reflects off my windshield and when its sunny it gets annoying... any suggestions on what i can use?

lol its a hard, plastic dash.. and its old and sun damaged so its really reflective... and "shiney" and i wanna take the shine away... make it more matte so i can actually see kinda deal... as for letting it get dusty.. i dont think ive "dusted" it since sometime last year.. so the dust buildup isnt enough to stop it ^_^

I don't know how to get the shine off of the dash, but I cleaned and shined mine up yesteday. That 303 protectant at Lordco works really nicely, but that's kinda the opposite effect from what you're going for.

I'm sure there is something you could use....like a "dash paint" type thing?
Maybe go to a ricer shop and ask for flat black dash paint(or interior inking, or what ever the fuk it's called) That's the only thing I can think of.

I just called to get quotes from ICBC and HSBC insurance to put the TA back on the road. For some reason they don't do 6 month policy's on Comp and Collision only, so I have to pay the full year and get my money back when I cancel it. For the year of Comp and Collision only ICBC wants $1,138 and $1,084.67 from HSBC. It's INSANE!!!!! Last year I paid 650 for the exact same thing through HSBC, and I get an extra 5% off to make it 30% off, and yet I pay over 400 dollars more? Insurance is the biggest rip off I've ever seen.

Thanks for the input guys ^_^ i'll probably end up doing the repainting thing... seems like the best bet since nothing has worked so far, now its just a matter of finding a matching or close to matching color of paint...grr ah well
