The 10th will be a complete month, the max carb day I've probably had all month was 3 weeks into it I went and ate pho with no noodles and had a couple spring rolls
A couple days ago some keto strips I ordered came in and they seem to show relatively good ketones in my piss, color changes to a pink/purple which according to online guides seems to be bang on
But..I'm doubting Ive lost more than 10lbs really for some reason, my usual weigh in comes on Sunday mornings after I take a crap and before eating anything etc so we will see
And for this whole month I can honestly say I've not cheated once wether it be a single French fry or chocolate, peice of pasta etc.
I'd say I do look leaner in the mirror though, but the weight loss... We'll see

ive been deadlifting for exactly one year now aside from not really lifting heavy in the summer. so i basically added 405lbs to my deadlift in one year. haha
it actually felt so good i think im going to up my goal to 455lbs by summer.
does anyone deadlift bearfoot or in socks? i have to stop lifting in my squishy runners.
