The fact that enough people on this forum have shown their ignorance and ineptitude at identifying Rider 1 from the original Kamen Rider alarms me. I suppose RS isn't as Asian as I was led to believe.

Nope, I stayed after with roastpuff and we ran around taking pics, and no rain on us. Apparently Alatar felt a few drops, but that's about it.
Cuz you know, we'd give the weather points and banned it if it rained.
