Anyone consider getting it from Hotels?
pretty good stuff, but fairly expensive. (there are cheaper options in this thread.) but i thought i throw it out there.

it's ike the easiest thing to do.
get a turkey bag 2 for 1 dollar or soemthing, put turkey in, rub turkey with butter and any spices you want. and just put it in there for 3-6 hours depending how high it is.
the bag keeps the turkey moist.
fail safe way to cook turkey and not having to base it every few hours.

2.49-2.79/lb at Safeway if I remember correctly,
works out to be about 30ish per turkey.
