well, at this time due to everyone's schedules I'm going to suggest that volunteers show up an hour prior to the meet (9:30/10am - grab a coffee) and we'll go over the game plan and also help setup.
I think this is the best way to get everyone there at the same time, since every volunteer will have to attend meet anyways, just a bit sooner for the behind the scenes and setup.
any objections? (aside from the aww it's sunday it's too earrrrly)

Or we can meet a Richmond Center Timmy Ho's because of the larger parking lot.
Or theres another one on No 3 and Cambie, but that ones small, and if I remember correctly the bump there's quite the jump.
I vote for McDonalds, they have food too, and a lot better and cheaper than Tim Hortons imo.

I paid $7.xx bucks last week on a Tim Hortons Breakfast.
I got hungry in less than 45 minutes again.
Overpriced + small imo. The only thing I'd get from them is coffee.
