I went to EB Games at Metro and they aren't taking pre-orders for the Wii. I'm going for the Wii just because I like the thought of not having to buy an adapater and the party games are much better.

even though i play xbox, i still like the n64 just because it has great party games. nintendo systems have great multiplayer games.

I'm also going for only the Wii this fall because I know I'd play it more and have more fun than I would with the PS3.
I'll get the PS3 eventually... When the shortages aren't as bad and when some really killer games come out

I heard the Wii is going to be like the DS and DS Lite where they use WiFi. Is this true?

there is a graphic based DSLinux system under development for NDS, with built-in web browser, no need for extra cartridge.

well if you are say the first 5 in line to preorder.. you won't be guaranteed one on launch day but rather guaranteed one on the first shipment (ie it got delayed etc)

got the ds-x. pretty nice device, but doesn't seem to run/recognize any apps with a .gba extension
