I'm confusing 
I ment, there's light reflecting off the models cheek, probably from an oil face. Just get them to wipe their face down or make them put on blush or something to prevent it. (unless you want the effect)

ahh I understand now. It actually looks more like Mac iridescent powder. An oily face has much brighter hotspots and isn't as smooth and silky.
