i guess it's a hit and miss there for everyone. i bought an item there for the ex at the richmond location and service was pretty good. i needed another size and the guy took my info down and said he would call the warehouse or something to check. i got it the next day.
but then again, he was the manager. andre or something? older fellow..in his 40s?

Ive noticed a lot of boysco employees work at all the locations, I get good service when I am there you guys just gotta learn to "ask" lol
If you want to see the worlds best customer service go to club annex on davie. they are SUPER DUPER!

BoysCo had some nice stuff back in the days. I use to shop at the BoysCo at Oakridge when they use to be located were the Hugo Boss store is today.
