That is a good deal on the Rs Impulse.
I was on the north shore (first problem) someone turned left in front of me, hit brakes, car slid...boom. thanksfully nobody was injured. But not sure how long this will all take, everything is really bogged at the moment.

it'd be nice to find one for parts. as parts are getting real hard to come by. i love how fast the thing is though... nothing like spinning all 4 tires after a good clutch drop and your ass end steps out off of a stop light. Yet your still pulling harder than any other 2wd vehicle.
or driving along in the lower 3 gears, and the turbo spools while going around a corner, all 4 tire blaze and your sideways in a cloud of tire smoke. Dang yeah i do miss the power. and unlike talons they have more power to the rear end than the front.

and unlike Talons they stay on the road for more than a week at a time 
couple of Talon owners I know:
1: bought is car....blew headgasket and now the tranny is fux0red on it...plus two accidents within the last YEAR!!!
2: bought her 95 w/ low kms fwd n/a...paid 10K for it...before the FIRST payment came out it puked the tranny all over the highway just outside of Nanaimo...she now has a 10 000 dollar lawn ornament.
3: bought his Talon, put about 400kms on it and now it's off the road for unknown mechanical troubles  I feel bad for the DSM people ...

so i go to do my class 5 test today...
my car is fine, nothing wrong.
so we go to do the pre-trip inspection and apparently in between work and ICBC my brake lights relay fucked up. so i had to reschedule the test until tommorrow resulting in me being pretty damn angry. fuck. work also sucked today, and i have to go back tonight.
laaaaame.

FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK!!!
Stupid fucking camera. Took my Canon sd300 out to take some pics of my sub box and well.. the pics are HORRIBLE. Theres a bunch of lines through it and shit. Screen looks all good till i snap a picture.. I bought this fucking thing at the end of November.. and to top it off sounds like something is loose in there. 500 fucking bucks and less than 2 months after i get it it starts fucking up!!! I better be able to get this fuckign thing fixed or replaced soon!!!

how far out does that road in westbank go? the one that goes out to bear creek. i got as far as a place called la casa club past the ok resort. i decided that was far enough for me. nice road tho but some bumpy spots make traction sketchy
