Pepitas is more TexMex. It was pretty good the last time I was there. Very busy place.

Just to bump this, drove by West Broadway recently and noticed the cafe at the southwest corner of Cambie St. is gone and turning into La Taqueria, same as the one on West Hastings. Their Twitter says they open July 18th.
