I dunno man, none of us are the target market for Friends sets…
If they were trash, why do they continue to make so many sets in that theme? I really enjoyed the Friends Botanical Garden set (minus the mini doll figures).

Cuz it costs them almost nothing to reuse the same assets as regular Lego other than the mini figs looks more realistic.
I don’t think they do much advertising either so as long as they can move some units, it’s a good business proposition for these freaky deaky Dans.

didnt end up building the batwing. got my hands on a used HK exclusive CNY set so i built that instead.

Too bad all of the creative people like myself can't afford $250 right meow to start playing around with this cutting edge AI, while most of the people with tons of money aren't creative at all!
If I had the money, I would turn all 3 of my books into full-length movies, the pricing of the Ultra model for Google's AI would cost about $2500 USD for a 100 minute movie.
This update dropped just today.

So 250$USD gets you a 10 min movie?
Sounds like you can create something netflix worthy such as "love death and robots"
All of those are sub 10 minutes and brought in tens of thousands each. Im sure you can get a loan for 250$, or sell one of your giant prop dildos

Busy doing my clutch and getting my turbo convertible ready for summer!
Would be hella fun to turn my first 3 books into AI-made movies. $2500 for a 100 minutes of generative video with audio. Although the first book is probably too spicy and too much drug use, AI will probably give me a finger waggle for it. Also, I heard you can't set the first frame with an image yet, so you may not be able to make a movie with recurring characters without that. Although I don't have access to it, so I can't say for sure.
