my friend got an R4 from HK and the menus are in chinese. is there a way to change it to englisH?

Nope, to run a English firmware, you need to have English hardware. I only sell the English version BTW

a buddy of mine has an m3/passcard setup and hes tried loading pokemon d/p but it just goes to a white screen.
is this just the firmware needing upgrade?

Wow this is amazing, cuz the 2 replys above me, the same thing seemed to happened. I am FREKIN FUMING....... I beat the Elite 4 in Diamond (using R4) and got into the hall of fame.....watched the credits and after when I want to start my game, tells me "Your save file has been deleted due to damage or corruption" WTF IS THIS BS?!?!.... Any1 have any suggestions on what to do? I'm devastated. I check the micro SD on my comp, and the file still seems to be there (save file).
