whey protein contains the essential aminos, you dont need all of it.
And I see, you use it to train jiu jitsu. Tat would definately benefit you in your case. Your doing a lot more work.
If you're doing workout, just stick with preworkout and drink water while working out.
Just my opinion tho

Yeah I order from bb.com direct. This t-nation I had sent to a friend in the states and he forwarded to me. That way shipping was $16 instead of $70

One thing that pissed me off about my last order is the mocha flavoured milk protein I got is caffeinated.. 200 mg per 2 scoops! That means I can't take it at night, so I have 6 lbs of the stuff that is going to take a long time to go through

First Alpha GPC workout today.. downing a capful now (900mg GPC)
I have taken it twice - once after my last workout, and 2 caps yesterday. No acute effects that I noticed (except maybe it made me a bit sluggish yesterday) but we'll see how it goes today
Really need to get my hands on some 'racetam to make full use of all this choline

Yup, along with guggul, yohimbine, and caffeine. All proven supplements, but nothing like clen or eca . If you have anxiety, the yohimbine will fuck you up
