That nest has been there for at least 15 years. The eagle pair is there already? I usually don't see them there in the winter. If you go early in the morning, you can sometimes see them feeding just next to the jogging path munching on fish - they're totally not afraid of humans.

Went to the Vancouver Aquarium today...what a bad idea cuz it was super busy with kids running around
