i dont know,
who is natsuki?
i only have initial D 3rd stage movie and extra stage
only watched it once and it was in cantonese so i dont remember much,
all i remember is that cocky guy in the AWD celica got his ass kicked,

Natsuki is Takumi's (Hachi-Roku Tofu car driving guy...) girlfriend. She was the girl in the Celica where they race in the snow.

I believe the belltower is accessible by the hatch in the ceiling on the 3rd floor, east end stairwell. I remember there used to be a wooden ladder there, but they removed them after repainting the walls in 1989. Not sure if there's actually a bell in there or not, but can't seem to think of any other use for that thing... besides, a lot of 1800's schoolhouses had their schoolbells housed in things like that.
