Working out is always the best indicator of how much you lose when you go on a bender lol..
In my top “athlete” days played rugby for highschool team as well as a very competitive club team so like 2-3 practices a week and a couple games a week. Those weekends you’d go out and beer bong 15 beers, the next practice felt like you set yourself back a month of training lol

Police incident on Alex Fraser ... traffic southbound stopped for like 3 hrs. Finally traffic is moving. All other routes affected ... like Massey Tunnel. Good luck if that affects your commute home.

The bottle depot at Queensborough will take them for $12 each. I just recently recycled one.
EDIT: I mean they'll charge you $12 to take the seat. There's not much out there considering

It is, but nick meant something to the restaurant industry here. He helped shape pepinos what it is. That guy put his heart into food long before anyone pretended to give a fuck for IG.
That said if anyone didn't eat at pepinos because it "isn't nicks" here's your sign. If you don't take it, don't complain about good independent restaurants closing, cause you aren't supporting them.
