time to bench the Captain a couple games. He needs the rest plus needs to work with the goalie coach. Theres no way we'll win in the playoffs when he plays like that. I honestly believe theres no good of playing Luongo in the majority of the remaining games. He aint gonna find his game within that time.

This is why you cannot put so much emphasis (money, attention, pressure)on a goalie. When they start playing poorly, you're screwed. I don't blame Luongo. So much is riding on him. At least this year the Canucks have more offence. All we need is a solid, average goalie. Perhaps Raycroft will bail us out.

It just seems to me that the Canucks are taking it a bit too easy in the last few games. I guess maybe some on the team feel that the NW title is a lock and can't really move into 2nd so why put in the extra effort.
