yes, I've got my groove back. I've done 7 days straight of 20 minutes on the elliptical, got my diet downish with IF, and I've been lifting heavy.
I'll be fit in no time.

The only good fat burner worth buying is animal cuts. Other than that EC is the cheapest and works wonders.
