Please help me identify this part of my tsx!
Hi, So, my friend and i took out my 2005 tsx front bumper out and found this metal piece. We don't know if its a part of the car? Please let me know what this part is called and how to put it back.

License plate bracket? It has captive nuts that looks the same distance apart as a plate
