I think it's called Tunnel Mountain. The name of the corner is called Surprise Corner.

Went hiking with Cocoa yesterday
Mount Seymour
loaded up my lowepro Waist belt with my pouches
28-75
10-22
70-200
along with extra battery and what nots
loaded my car with my camera in hand waist belt over shoulder and put Cocoa in the back
*sorry about the dust.. just did some quick edits*
and a picture of cocoa

Haha...poor thing. I saw a Kingfisher at Capilano that had gotten entangled in some fishing lines and died as a result. I hope this bird had a better fate.

My ride from Banff to Vancouver:
We stopped overnight in Kamloops and for dinner we went across the street to this Chinese-Japanese restaurant. It looked a bit dubious to me even before we stepped inside, but we were tired and hungry. So, we go inside, and what do I see standing in the sushi bar?
Points 1, 2, 5 & 6 I really can't argue with, but 3 & 4 I will shoot down with a SAM. That place would never survive in the GVRD. Bleh.
