Richmond --> King's Park on Westminster Hwy, entree plus drink $7.95 or so, give or take depending on what dish you choose.
I use to go to E-CANTEEN, which is almost right beside King's Park, that was until we saw a cockroach wandering on the ledge RIGHT beside our table...  can't say we were shocked though
