Registering a business
Not exactly stock market related but on topic nonetheless.
Can anyone tell me (or link me) information on registering a business in B.C.? Media-related, if that matters.

small business bureau located at waterfront station. all the info you need.
you basically submit a form to make sure the name of the company is not taken already.
then u submit more forms to register the "company". fees are minimal, forgot how much.
there are also forms to fill if u want to register a corporation. i believe the fees start around $300. if u want, look towards lawyers that hold regular numbered corps, and purchase one, and do a name change on the numbered corp. this is mainly for tax purposesly.
