repairing snowboard damage
I recently bought a used snowboard and it had some damage on it which im not too finicky except these ones that was pretty hard to miss.
Is there a way to fix this and will it be a danger to ride with it if i decide not to get it fixed? I was told as long as the base of the board is fine the top shouldnt matter.

another concern i found was the base of the board had small bumps that looks like where the screws for the bindings were put. is this something i should be concerned about?

2 part epoxy.
fill it, press it, leave it for 24 hours.
bumps on the base are from mounting screws that press through the binding baseplate. over tightening the bindings press through plastic and go towards the base.

Those top sheet chips pose no hazard whatsoever. It's not gonna affect your performance whatsoever. In fact, when you see a advanced rider's board, check out if you can what kind of abuse it sustains 
As for the bumps at the bottom due to the screws, none of my boards have ever experienced that but I can't imagine it giving you trouble getting down the hill. In fact, I've experienced the opposite. My boards don't have bumps but dimples where the screws are. I still get down fine.

Option, especially the Sansalone boards were built in Vancouver. The nose and tail [underneath the topsheet] had fillers. It's an ABS type material to protect the wood core. Its not going to be a problem with that.
But if you do have concerns, 2 part epoxy will fill that up. It's the same adhesive that the boards were pressed with anyways.

Ya, I had some damage like that at a few places. All I did was the 2 part epoxy trick and it was good to go.
As for the bumps, my board has the same thing and I have absolutly not problems... and I don't ride like a pussy either... the board deff gets some abuse.
