would a GSR short ram intake fit on a LS/RS/GS?

Almost all integra cold air intakes should fit regardless of the model. They all have the same intake manifold placement.

I thought the gsr intake mani's were different, i believe the inlet where the TB is sits lower ?

No it won't fit. The GSR TB sits lower.
