Perhaps one of the only advantages of living in a condo in Metro Vancouver is having access to Novus. If you don't live in a building served by Novus, I'm afraid that you have no leverage against Telus.
Besides, since we were upgraded to 20 MBPS, it's now quite easy to bump against our traffic limit of 110 GB/month.

not entirely sure if we are or not, a telus installer told us we dont have a "room" from a provider in the building, does that mean we're free?
