Yup. and he originally wanted r34 taillights. I know him personally and he is a cool guy and all but not the best body work.
Thought he was crazy the first time he told me about the idea.
Haven't talked to him in awhile though.

^ combination of running rich and not waxing your bumper. also once i switched to meguiar's gold class car wash, my bumper never went black again.
