hey guys. theres finally a release date for starcraft 2. MAY 31 2010. best buy has a promo already with 5 dollar gift cards with every preorder. but the gift card will be given only when you recieve the game and pay in full. i wonder if there will be other sc2 preorder offers as well.

i think thats just a place holder....
theres no way the release date is that soon considering closed/open beta did not even happen yet.

In ActivisionBlizzard's filing last August, they said SC2 is delayed and to be released in the first half of 2010. The last time I checked was 2-3 days ago and there were no new filings regarding anymore delay. I suppose everything is on schedule.
