Batman would win.
Bruce Wayne would win as well.
While most superheroes (villians included) win by using their superabilities
Batman's the type of superhero that doesn't get "capped" by the limit of his powers... since he has none.
He adapts and his peak is "X".
"X" being one step above his opponents. I guess you can say his brain is his power.
Stark's pretty smart, but I don't think it's at the level of Bruce Wayne.
And we all know Bruce's martial arts would own Tony Stark's... well, not sure if Stark can even fight.
