It sucks Burrows and Salo are injured, but maybe this will make them fresher for the home stretch...
I just hope they don't rush anyone back.

last season i noticed AV told him to join the rush, and to take slap shots from the point ALOT MORE. i also noticed, his slap shot was ... lacking ... compared to the likes of sami salo.

If I remember correctly, during the first part of the season, Mitchell was one of the top scorers (G+A) on the team!

I don't know... I still think Kes would make a better captain even though he has some maturing to do IMO. He has the kind of personality it takes to set the tone and be a game changer. Nothing against Hank, we all know what he's proven last season, I just don't see it.
