if Ryan Parent stays as a Canuck then the Predators would have traded Hamhuis and Parent away for a 2011 conditional round pick.
FYI, Preds traded away Parent in part of the blockbuster deal in 2007: Parent + Upshall, 1st round pick + 3rd round pick for Peter Forseberg. Only to have traded back for Parent for Hammy and 2011 cond pick.
Unreal! Hope Parent clears since he seems to have a pretty good upside
Update: Ryan Parent + Jonas Andersson in exchange for SOB and Gendur
