Called Fido here's what retention gave me:
200 daytime minutes
1000 evenings and weekend starting @ 7pm
Unlimited incoming calls with call display
=$25
+ "flexible data plan"
if use 500 mb then $10
if use 1gb then $25
No SAF and no 911 fee. I guess I'm looking between $35-$50 before taxes depending on how much data plan usage.
How's this plan?? Any other recommendations? What should be my next step, if I want more from them??

Fido has been calling me leaving me voicemails and text messages for a few days now and I finally called them back today and got the following.
$35 for unlimited mins
free voicemail and caller ID for the rest of my contract (1 year left)
2500 text messages
SAF waived

I think its pretty good considering you have Unlimited Incoming calls. If you don't need it, I suggest you try and get the $17.50 plan:
200 minutes
Unlimited Evening and Weekends @ 5pm
Should try and get my plan which is 32.50/month
200 minutes
Unlimited Evening and Weekends @ 5pm ($17.50)
2500text/Caller id/voicemail ($5)
Flex data plan ($10)
From what I was told Flex data plan is
<100 MB = $10
100-150 MB = $15
150-500 MB = $20
500-1GB = $25

Teaoh if I cancel my mms and add the $10 flex plan my plan and yours would be the same except I would be paying $30 before tax. Try calling in agian? Basically I have your $17.50+$5 add ons for $20.

^Hmm I'm not sure if you could cancel the MMS since its a package add-on. Its actually a $10 add on but I was given a $5 credit. If you have the $17.50 + the add ons for $20, thats pretty good already.
I'm pretty sure you can keep the add on and just add flex data plan on top of it. So yeah, if I were you, I would keep trying.

I posted mine up a few pages ago, basically I get
200 day time minutes
2500 text
fido 2 fido
caller id/voice mail
unlimited starting at 5
for $20 a month, they then gave me 100 mms for $5. I was told I can get rid of that at anytime and since at the moment I can't even get it to work on my desire I might as well just switch it for a $10 flex plan. My contract isn't up until march 2011 but I'm going to see if I can get 250mb for $10 since wind has 500mb for $20.

$45.00 UnZoned City Fido
- $10.00 Discount
$30.00 6 gig Data
- $10.00 Discount
$15.00 iPhone 4 package (unlimited text/mms, visual voicemail, caller ID, etc)
- $5.00 Discount
= $65.00/month + tax = $72.80
Theres no zone restriction for me, so i can go anywhere with a fido network and all calling is unlimited. No system/911 fees.
Fido Retention department is also sending me an iPhone 4 directly.

I am actually surprised, Actually using the nationwide texting, I have a close friend who was on my bbm that went to UT recently and after iphone it was hard to talk to her. But yeah now it's all good lol.
I don't really use any of the daytime minutes I wonder if I could trade minutes for visual voicemail, seems like a cool feature
EDIT: Called for my friend who has been quite the asshole of a customer, late bills, didn't pay for 2 months, got account bricked for a month earlier this year. Got this plan with an iphone 4
