Those are probably my top 3.. but i would say
Tiramisu is my best.. (light + flavourful, Iv never actually had tiramisu thats better then mine.. even at restaurants)
Friends seem to like it.. they always ask me when im gona make them a patch..
I make a mean italian dessert for a asian guy

Friends usually request for yaki-udon, not sure how many variations I've done
One of my favourites, kani salad.
-crab sticks
-tobiko
-cucumber
-wakame (not in this one, but I'd like it in there)

Best dish probably ...
Rotini pasta served in tomato sauce with mushrooms , jalapeņo , onions in it then baked with cheese on top and along with more jalapeņo

Not really my dishes, but most requests I get are for my baking...lol.
Usually either blueberry muffins, cheesecakes or the easiest dessert around, deep fried banana.
I'll post some pics after of the 2 key lime cheesecakes I just baked.

I like making pasta - Cold smoked salmon (hand made by the owner at work) linguine with capers & fresh dill cream sauce.
Fresh Spring Salmon with Sea Asparagus, roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes & Asparagus:
I also make sushi & sashimi for when I have friends over:
Sundried tomato & avocado roll garnished with chopped Italian parsley, fresh basil pesto and mustard.
Tuna & Avocado crepe:
