If you're feeling absolutely nothing from Jack3d its probably not even worth your time to try 1MR.. As potent as it is, if you've never taken a pre-workout drink you should be feeling SOMETHING from Jack3d

2-3 scoops in proper shaker cup with MAX 6 OUNCES OF WATER, shotgun it on an completely empty stomach ( 3hrs between last meal)... tell me you dont feel nothing lol...

i tried 1mr pills a while ago, my buddy gave me some, liked it, so i bought a bottle of pills....after using it for about a week i noticed i was DEAD...i dont handle caffeine well at all so taking these pills means im not sleeping that night..taking them almost daily = rough on my life hahaha

so....if anyone would like a bottle thats over half full, its yours, just meet me somewhere and you can have them for free.

1MR scares me. ive taken 2 samples this week, both times i fucking crushed everything i did in the gym. and this is from a seasoned superdump250 taker.

I wouldnt recommend it to a noob or a novice. I would only take it to give a push thru plateaus once you really know what you're doing in the gym. And I would stick to something a little easier like SP250 for your every day supp.

As it is, at MOST I will only take it one day a week, on the day I do a full body superset workout real heavy.

I've got a bunch of 1mr samples from popeye's too.

So far I've taken half a pack twice now to start off and both times I didn't notice a big change, if any at all to my energy levels.
I normally don't drink a lot of coffee either.

I did however have trouble sleeping the entire night though lol (workout was 5 hours before bedtime). Strange as hell.

Either way, I will be upping it to 1 pack tomorrow to see how that works for me.

upped it to one full serving of 1mr (from 1/2 a pack) and I feel no diffference.
Guess I won't be wasting money on 1mr heh

and lol well ever since I knew about coffee, I've noticed coffee does nothing for me. Maybe my body is just unaffected by stimulants

ill give 1mr another go next leg day

I only use 8-10 oz of water with my pre-workout drinks and I've never had a problem with not achieving heightened energy levels, try using even less water?

I also find it hard to believe you feel absolutely nothing from 1MR
