Victoria is so far south of the Lower mainland that the snow hit them and missed us. Victoria is about the same latitude as Mt. Vernon, Washington.
Plus, the winds are blowing the shit south.

Was on I5 last night, pretty intense
Where 2 foot of snow was dumped very quickly near Mount Vernon. Highway came to standstill, people abandoning cars, etc..
