Headache during jumping exercise...
Everytime I start doing any jumping exercise like jumping jacks, it feels like my brain is bouncing and rocking inside my head...
When I stop after an exercise (p90x), I feel woozy...about to fall asleep
I'm pretty sure this isn't normal...just want to see if anyone experience this or know about this health issue....
Sounds like blood isn't being pumped fast enough to the brain...

Maybe you are just "unfit", and your heart isn't able to efficiently pump enough blood into your working muscles AND your vital organs, ie brain.. It isn't unusual for people to feel dizzy and even nauseous when they up the intensity to their workout/ start working out too hard too soon...
p90x is pretty intense for the average joe as it isn't your typical body building do 5 sets of ONE exercise with 5 min breaks.

When i first started to doing plyometrics, i had the same feeling....I think what you're describing is a moment of fatigue. You may notice you may get the same feeling during high intensity interval excercises.
I think its normal....but it should moderate itself on its own after more sessions of training.
