Celltech is sup of all sup's you will double in size within' 8 weeks of usage or your money back.
Leg press is 6 plates per side but I usually press after squats.
Berz out.

I don't, I squat instead. Sometimes after squats I hit the Leg Press, set it to max (400 lbs) and do a few sets of 6-12.
Actually that's a good question...what's everybody's routine AFTER squats.
For me its machine leg extensions+leg curls, calf raises(standing+machine)+ a few sets of those pussy hip flexor machines.
I've been told to do a lot of stiff leg DLs, always soo drained after squats tho

After squarts I switch it up... after squats 1'st time in the week I do leg presses, hamstring curls. That's it. After 2nd time in the week I do weighted lunges walking across the gym and then extensions. That's all I have time for. Squats take a long time

another bottle of super pump so i more or less have a fully bottle now lol
some there new shaker cups with the blue lid its blender bottle style but flat lid kinda like it

I buy most of my supps online, and get my whey from costco. But every time I go into a supp store they try and sell me on these powdered greens. Does anybody actually take this? I have a pretty solid diet but don't eat a ton of veggies, $60 for powdered vegetables seems crazy tho!
