Looks weird to me too, looks like it's shot in a light room or underground from the reflections. I've never seen street lamps reflect like that on a car at night before.

Just to prove that you don't need a fancy camera to take great photos. This is still my most popular photo on flickr and it was shot with a 6mp point and shoot that had manual settings. (Canon S3IS)
