Malhotra's struggles this season are well-documented. If Pahlsson can still move the puck out of the zone, then I guess he could be considered an upgrade over Malhotra.

Sergei Fedorov for Francois Beauchemin (which gave the Ducks 3 great D during their cup run)
Lupul and Smid for Pronger
2nd pick in 1999 for Bryan McCabe (so he could draft both Sedins)

Mcginn is good IMO. He literally injured half of our defence in the playoffs last year.

If Scott Gomez were valued as a 45-50 point player with Cup experience, he'd still be a commodity. I imagine all he really needs is a change of scenery. Unfortunately, that contract of his is terrible.

lol oh I know about mcginn haha I meant the guys coming back to my sharks lol, I think Mcginn is the perfect 3rd liner, high enery, a little scoring pop but I guess to be fair I'm probably overvaluing him since he was a fan fav more than anything, I'm reading that the 2 guys from colorado are great pk'ers where as mcginn does not pk at all.
